Beyond The Ceremony
Personalized guidance to help you process your psycho spiritual experiences, integrate insights into daily life, and step forward with clarity and support.
What Is Integration?
Integration is the process of bringing the insights, emotions, and lessons from your experiences into daily life. It’s where ceremony meets your relationships, your work, your body, and your choices. Without integration, the insights can feel like memories. With integration, they become transformation.

Founder of Seraphaya·Author·Integration Guide. For the past 13 years, Lauren has devoted her life to her own healing — walking through the hard work of breaking patterns, reclaiming her voice, and learning to live in alignment with truth. Out of that commitment came a calling to support others. Since 2018, she has guided people through coaching, yoga, plant medicine, breath, and embodied practices that anchor insights into everyday life.
Her approach is deeply personal: she knows what it means to carry trauma and to walk the long road of integration. She brings that lived experience into every session, holding a space where others can feel safe, seen, and supported as they turn insights into transformation.
In her sessions, you’ll practice the skills for life:
• Reprogramming the mind to match your visions and values
• Using breathwork to calm, regulate, and move stuck energy
• Incorporating yoga to reconnect body and spirit
• Engaging in conscious conversations that open clarity and self-trust
• Learning to feel safe enough to release and move through emotions
Lauren also authored Beyond the Ceremony: Bringing Ayahuasca Home, a guide and workbook she uses with clients to deepen their integration journey. Together, these practices and tools help you create lasting stability, not just moments of insight.

Susie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience in trauma-informed care, clinical case management, and mental health services and counseling. Her practice, Through Sunrise Integrative Therapy, is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as mindfulness-based CBT, EMDR, and IFS.Susie is also an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with experience teaching in correctional facilities, treatment centers, domestic violence shelters, and community organizations. This allows her to integrate mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, and other somatic tools into her sessions—providing a holistic, body-centered approach that blends traditional and alternative healing modalities.
A lifelong learner, Susie has been deeply inspired by the re-emergence of psychedelics in mental health. Her personal healing journey with plant medicines—especially Ayahuasca—has fueled her passion for supporting others in safely exploring the use of these profound teachers in their own path to healing. She is especially committed to honoring the cultural roots and sacred traditions surrounding Ayahuasca, and seeks to serve as a bridge between modern clinical practices and the ancestral wisdom of Indigenous medicine traditions. With deep respect and humility, she aims to foster ethical, respectful integration that uplifts both worlds—offering healing that is trauma-informed, grounded, and spiritually attuned.
