Each Seraphaya retreat follows a supportive rhythm designed to balance ceremony, integration, nourishment, and rest. While exact timing may shift based on group needs and the land, the general flow of the week looks like this:
Day One — Arrival & Grounding
Meals: Snacks & Dinner
Check-in between 1:00–4:00 PM
Time to settle into accommodations, enjoy light snacks, and orient to the land
Opening community dinner
Gentle grounding practice (restorative yoga, breathwork, or guided relaxation)
Evening fire to open the retreat container
Day Two — Preparation & First Ceremony
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Post Ceremony Soup
Morning grounding or integrative practice
Breakfast and lunch
Spacious rest and quiet time
Very gentle afternoon grounding practice (optional and supportive)
Additional rest and inward focus before ceremony
