4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By participating in our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Donations, Payments, and Nonrefundable Deposits
Donations: As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Seraphaya accepts tax-deductible donations to support its mission. Contributions may be made through our website or in person.
Program Fees: Certain programs and ceremonies require fees to cover operational costs. These fees are considered a contribution to the organization and help sustain our mission.
Nonrefundable Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your participation. This deposit is only refundable in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as hurricanes or other natural disasters that prevent the ceremony from taking place. Refunds in such cases are issued at our discretion.
Cancellations: If you cancel for personal reasons, your deposit will not be refunded. However, we may offer the option to apply your deposit toward a future event, subject to availability and approval.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
Engage respectfully with facilitators, staff, and other participants.
Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.
Follow all guidelines and instructions provided during ceremonies and services.
We reserve the right to deny participation or remove individuals who violate these standards.
7. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions before attending ceremonies.
Substance Use: Transparency regarding medications or substances participants may be using is required before engaging in our services.
Physical and Emotional Preparedness: Some experiences may be physically and emotionally intense. It is the participant’s responsibility to assess their readiness for participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Seraphaya provides its services as part of a nonprofit mission and is not liable for:
Any personal injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in our ceremonies or services.
Third-party actions, behaviors, or interactions that occur outside of our programs.
The impact of spiritual or ceremonial experiences on an individual's physical, emotional, or psychological well-being.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
9. Tax-Exempt Status & Use of Funds
Seraphaya is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations and contributions are used to further our mission. Funds support:
